Our guarantee & warranty
Every system we install is designed to bring your home below the EPA action level, and we stand behind the work.
We guarantee your post-mitigation radon level will test below the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L.
Our installation workmanship is covered for two full years after your system goes in.
The radon fans we install carry a 5 to 7 year manufacturer warranty, depending on the model.
Coverage terms are listed in your tailored proposal. Some system types, such as passive-to-active conversions, carry different coverage.
The risk, plainly
Radon is a radioactive gas that seeps up from the soil through cracks and gaps in your foundation, it's invisible, odorless, and tasteless.
The EPA lists Middle Tennessee as high-probability for elevated radon, with some of the highest readings in Davidson, Wilson, Smith, Maury, Williamson, and Rutherford counties.
Levels build up over time in basements & crawl spaces, the only way to know your home's level is to test it.
Two identical homes next door to each other can have very different radon levels. A neighbor's clean test tells you nothing about your own home.
Per EPA data, as much as 50% of Tennessee's population lives in a designated danger zone. Every home should be tested, regardless of zone.
We also serve Murfreesboro, Clarksville, Columbia, Mt. Juliet, Franklin, Brentwood, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Lebanon, Smyrna, Carthage & Cookeville.
How it works
No pressure, no guesswork. Here's exactly what happens when you call.
A certified technician places an NRPP-certified monitor in your home. Setup takes 5–10 minutes and results tell you your home's exact radon level.
If your levels are elevated, we design a tailored mitigation system for your foundation. Most homes need just one suction point.
Once installed, your system runs continuously to vent radon above the roofline. Research shows levels can be reduced up to 99%.
What we do
Fast, easy, and affordable. We partner with a certified home inspection company so your test is never a conflict of interest.
Schedule a test →Certified system design and installation that gets your home's air back to a safe level, with a free, same-day estimate.
Get a mitigation estimate →A full seal of your crawl space: heavy-duty vapor barrier, sealed vents and a dehumidifier, to control moisture and soil gas. Radon systems can be added when needed.
Ask about encapsulation →Upfront pricing
Every home is different, so your exact price comes from a free on-site assessment and a tailored proposal before any work begins.
Mitigation systems starting at $750. Your price depends on your foundation, layout and how the system is routed.
Standard residential radon test. Additional tests priced separately.
System types
We design every system around how your home is built. Most homes fall into one of three approaches.
The most common fix for basements and slab foundations. A fan draws air from beneath the slab, creating suction that stops radon before it enters the home. A PVC pipe runs from a suction pit under the foundation, up and out, venting safely above the roofline. All you'll see is one discreet pipe and a quiet inline fan on the exterior.
The crawl-space solution. When there's no slab, a heavy vapor barrier is laid over the crawl-space floor and sealed at the seams. A fan pulls air from beneath that membrane, like a vacuum-storage bag, to block radon. A sealed crawl space also cuts moisture and improves air quality throughout the home.
Many new homes are built with under-slab piping to the roofline but no fan, relying on natural air currents. "Radon-resistant" doesn't mean radon-free, so these homes should still be tested. If it tests high, a certified pro adds a fan, turning it active in hours, with no demolition. Per EPA, activating a passive system reduces indoor radon by roughly 70% further (results vary by home; verified with a post-activation test).
Common questions
Mitigation systems start at $750, but most are closer to $2,000. Your exact price depends on your foundation type and how many suction points your home needs. We'll give you an exact number with a free, same-day estimate and a tailored proposal, no guessing over the phone.
A short-term test runs at least 48 hours. A mitigation system is usually installed in about a day to a day and a half, and levels typically drop within a day or two, confirmed by a post-mitigation test.
Yes. Two identical homes next door to each other can have very different radon levels. A newer home or a neighbor who tested fine is no guarantee yours is safe, so testing is the only way to know.
Yes. Basement and slab homes get a sub-slab depressurization system. Crawl space homes get a sealed vapor barrier with sub-membrane suction, which reduces both radon and moisture.
We guarantee your post-mitigation radon level will test below the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L. Installation labor is warrantied for 2 years, and the fans we install carry a 5 to 7 year manufacturer warranty. Your tailored proposal lists the coverage for your specific system.
